Ray White Manurewa Celebrates Dual Wins at the 2025 REINZ Awards

By Hannah Williams

The team at Ray White Manurewa, part of the A T Realty Group, is celebrating a standout night at the 2025 Real Estate Institute of New Zealand (REINZ) Awards for Excellence, bringing home two of the industry’s most sought-after accolades.

A T Realty Group was once again recognised as New Zealand’s Agency of the Year, securing the title for the second consecutive year. The win highlights the dedication and collective drive of more than 100 salespeople and property professionals working across South Auckland, including the Manurewa office.

On top of the agency win, Director of Sales, Richie Lewis, was named Manager of the Year, a recognition of his leadership, mentorship, and contribution to the real estate industry.

Richie said the honour was both unexpected and humbling:

“To even be a finalist was a privilege, so to hear my name called was an incredible moment. Our Agency of the Year win for the second year in a row really reflects the commitment and energy of our entire team. It’s a proud milestone for all of us and makes us even more determined to keep raising the bar for our clients and our community.”

The REINZ Awards celebrate the very best of real estate across the country, recognising innovation, professionalism, and excellence.

For the Manurewa office, the awards are a proud reflection of their focus on people, community, and consistently achieving results in one of South Auckland’s most diverse and dynamic markets.
