Ray White Manurewa is set to benefit from the appointment of Robert Tulp as Head of Auctions and Campaign Performance across Ray White A T Realty Group.
Working exclusively within the group, Tulp will lead auction operations and support agents in delivering stronger campaign performance, improved buyer engagement, and better outcomes for sellers across Manurewa and wider South Auckland.
With more than 30 years of experience in real estate, Tulp has built a reputation as one of New Zealand’s leading auctioneers.
Since entering the industry in 1992, he has worked across sales, management, business ownership, mentoring and auctioneering. He is also a licensed real estate agent and a two-time winner of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand National Auctioneering Championship (2024 & 2025).
His appointment brings world-class auction expertise directly to Manurewa property owners.
