Based at the Manukau office and working throughout South Auckland, Jas is ambitious, confident and a strong negotiator. In his first week in real estate he sold a home – virtually unheard of in a fiercely competitive business and yet evidence of the measure of Jas’s commitment and drive to succeed.
Jas moved to New Zealand and settled in Auckland’s Manurewa in 2013, and this area has been his home ever since. After graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management he quickly secured a position at Spark New Zealand as an Account Manager working in a variety of client liaison and consultancy roles developing new sales strategies and negotiating corporate partnerships for Spark’s broadband and mobile products ranges. Over the next 5 years his professional career flourished and he was promoted into several company leadership positions finally finishing with Spark as a Business Development Manager in the Waikato in mid-2020.
Seeking a fresh career challenge and partly because of his family connections with property development in Australia, Jas turned to real estate as the next logical step in his professional life. It made sense to bring his skills from his years in the corporate world and connect them to the prerequisites of a successful real estate business.
A thorough, process-oriented person, Jas is good on follow up, has significant local knowledge, keeps in close communication with clients, and is a strategic thinker. He also speaks Hindi, Punjabi and English fluently. Over a number of years, Jas had focused his time and attention on getting involved in local community initiatives and charitable work in and around the Manukau city region. Making a difference and helping others in need is something Jas is passionate about and he intends to commit to, going forward.
