It’s not hard to see what sets Brooke Osborne apart; her forthright, honest approach marks her immediately as someone you can trust and someone who’ll stop at nothing to fulfil and exceed your expectations.
At a relatively young age, Brooke has embraced motherhood and a career in real estate administration; approaching both with a perfect balance of gratitude and a determination to succeed. Brooke’s diligent commitment to her professional life recently secured her a permanent role in the accounts department at all-star South Auckland branch, Ray White Takanini.
A nurturing disposition initially drew Brooke to nursing studies. While supporting herself as a part-time caregiver, she academically breezed through two years of study but ultimately recognised that her highly empathetic nature was incompatible with aspects of the role. As true to herself as she is to others, Brooke withdrew, confident that all the knowledge and skill she’d gained would transfer to any career.
Next, Brooke worked for a year in the administration department of another local real estate company. Employing well-developed communication skills and proven talent for relationship-building, Brooke effortlessly established therapeutic ties with salespeople and their community. She discovered the industry was an excellent fit for her meticulous sense of detail and her ability to complete work to a high standard under pressure. On reflection, Brooke says her greatest satisfaction comes from helping others on their journey to success.
Brooke’s fiance works in construction, offering useful insight into some of the peripheral details of the property industry. Living in the Eastern Bays with their baby daughter, the couple enjoys socialising with friends and place a high priority on family time; heading back to her hometown of Paeroa at least once a week to spend time with parents and grandparents.
