Saminder Singh always wanted to make it on his own. As a mechanical engineer in India, he operated his own manufacturing unit, selling English language software, which gave him a breadth of experience in production, marketing and sales. However, a fierce independent streak led him to emigrate from India with his wife and two daughters in 2011. Starting their life from scratch, Saminder proved his work ethic and assimilated to the culture with a door to door knocking sales role for 3 years around South Auckland.
As Saminder moved around he began to develop a very keen eye for property and local knowledge. With his background in sales and marketing and his strong work history, he decided to move into real estate, joining the Ray White Manurewa Team. Since he began, he has sold every property he has listed and is on track for a Ray White Premium Salesperson Status. Saying that his main driver is not financial, Saminder believes leaving his home country and starting from zero has shaped his perspective, getting a lot more pleasure out of seeing happy buyers and vendors. Being emotionally vested is what makes him go the extra mile for you every time and sees him fighting for your best outcome.
Strong family values form the backbone of Saminder’s life, a caring father and husband, whose wife is a centre manager at a busy early childhood centre.
