Growing up with a father who was a real estate developer gave Nihal some early understanding of the business, so when he emigrated to New Zealand to commence business studies, it wasn’t long before his true calling became clear. He initially joined Ray White Manurewa as a Business Development Officer in 2013, quickly establishing himself as a valuable team member, going on to gain his Real Estate Licence in 2014.
His drive and determination is proven by topping the charts at Ray White in client-base growth and marketing for the first quarter of this year. A clear marketing focus is one of Nihal’s strengths, knowing that if he puts 100% into promoting and presenting your property, not only will it sell, but it will sell well. As a younger agent, he readily utilises social media and relevant digital technology to enhance his marketing strategies and expand the reach for potential clients. As with most people his age, Nihal has the bonus if being extremely flexible with time, a highly useful quality in the real estate world.
It’s pretty clear that Nihal prioritises his work highly, but he does take time off now and then and loves to head off camping and trekking, where he gets the chance to fulfill his other passion, photography.
