Renewed Confidence in the Property Market!

Towards the latter part of 2009, there is renewed confidence in the property market, reflected in higher levels of buyer inquiry, increased visitors to open homes, and multiple offers on properties that we have not seen for a long time.  Sales results show that days on market is shorter and number of sales is up sharply.

Purchasers are willing to pay well for the "right" property and the universal characteristics of what constitutes "right" properties do not change and include location, size, style, solid construction, light and aspect. We are finding that both quality renovations and 'do-ups' remain in high demand.

However, whatever the market, maximising sale price is the central issue for home sellers and the two main factors affecting final sale price are firstly the salesperson you choose and secondly the quality of the marketing campaign.  Make sure you seek the right advise and sell with someone you can Trust!
